NCC Group’s Cyber Risk Assessment and Asset Discovery services now available powered by Tanium to help clients rapidly identify and reduce cyber risk
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve added leading endpoint management (XEM) provider Tanium’s technology to our Cyber Risk Assessment and Asset Discovery services to give our clients a deeper and more detailed understanding of their total cyber risk environment and a clear roadmap for improvement.
By combining NCC’s people powered cyber expertise with Tanium’s technology, security leaders can quickly get a clear, real-time view of their critical assets – what exists, where it exists, the exposure and any potential route to compromise – enabling them to build effective and appropriate security improvement programmes and prevent wasted security investment.
“Not having complete visibility of what is running in your environment introduces unseen, preventable risk and potentially wasted security investment,” Kevin Brown, Chief Operating Officer, NCC Group. “Through our partnership with Tanium, we’re giving security leaders sharper insight and a clearer defence to transform their cyber risk landscape and identify what they need to protect before it is too late.”
The Cyber Risk Assessment service gives organisations a complete and detailed view of their assets and unique risks across their entire cyber landscape, including all endpoints, to clearly evaluate their overall risk posture. Informed by NCC Group’s 30+ years of cyber security experience and harnessing Tanium’s leading endpoint management platform to highlight vulnerabilities, security leaders can interpret their risks and help avoid a costly security breach or failed compliance audit.
Through the Asset Discovery & Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) service organisations benefit from complete visibility into their dynamic, distributed and diverse hardware and software assets so they can adequately protect them and reduce the chance of an incident.
Steve Murphy, Vice-President, EMEA at Tanium: “With these services, organisations will have a clear and accurate picture, based on real-time data, to inform their approach to cyber security - reducing complexity and giving them increased confidence in how they identify, respond to, and recover from, cyber incidents.”
Carolyn Hieken, CCO, NCC Group: “Clients are looking for trusted security partners with the expertise to help them navigate the fast changing and risk-laden world of cyber security. As a people powered, tech-enabled cyber security company, this alliance with Tanium will ensure we are well positioned to help security leaders manage and mitigate challenges with clear visibility, based on meaningful and accurate information, giving them a real-time edge to managing risk.”
